In Participation of the Biggest National and International Companies

The international conference hall at Nasr City will host the first edition of Egy Traffic, from 4 to 6 November; “the first of its kind in Egypt” specialized in all aspects of road, transportation, bridges, energy and electricity projects. 

Dr Amr Shawky, the Economist and Chairman of EgyTech Engineering Company, announced a strategic partnership with Art Line for Organizing International Exhibitions and Conferences, that follows the country’s role under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi in the development of roads, bridges and infrastructure. The exhibition shows latest technologies in this regard, local and international products in the field of transportations, roads, bridges and their necessaries of technology, electricity and energy.

Shawky added: “the exhibition is not only limited to offering products, but also intends to come up with initiatives and real radical solutions to traffic problems, transportation, roads, etc.. this to serve Egyptian citizens and encourage foreign investment at Egypt which benefits the Egyptian economy.” 

He also added that Egy Traffic is developing solutions too, to reduce traffic accidents that have already been reduced in the latest statistic, in the first half of 2018, to 4426 accidents, compared to 5836 accidents in the same period of 2017, with a decrease of 24.2% thanks to safe road projects.

Thus, we should support the state in completing this system and bringing out latest technologies in the International markets to the Egyptian market in order to be up to date and guarantee the highest efficiency.

The exhibition comes in cooperation with StiExpo, and participation of a large number of Egyptian, foreign and international companies to present their new projects in the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges, systems and equipment for parking lots and tunnels, road safety, emergency equipment systems, water and environment technologies and associated services.

Basma Hamaidy, General Manager of StiExpo, said: “This event is a great opportunity for all companies of all fields and sizes, whether emerging or well known, to present their products and services in the market and to open the door for local and international work.”

From his side; Ahmed Allam, Chairman of Art Line, said that this large exhibition is such a huge event through which constructive ideas in the field of roads and transportations can be adopted, as well as the latest technologies in this field. As the belief of participants in the necessity of concerted efforts to complete the state achievements in roads and bridges development, those efforts that is starting to reap its fruits and require greater synergy from the private sector to complete what has been built.

It is worth mentioning that the Egyptian government has paid great attention lately and has made big achievements in the road, transportations and bridges projects, after some governmental data indicated the completion of approximately 4500 km of the National Project of Roads at a cost of 75 million EGP and the development of 5000 km of the existing roads network, this which prompted the launch of a major exhibition like Egy Traffic.
